Account Deletion Guide
Thank you for choosing our product. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below:
Initiate Account Deletion:
Option 1: Email our support team at [email protected] with your account deletion request. Please include your username/Wallet ID or registered mobile number.
Option 2: Open the Intercom messaging prompt and inform our support team about your account deletion request.
Confirmation and Process:
Our support team will acknowledge your request and provide further instructions if necessary.
Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently removed. This includes your personal information, preferences, and activity history.
Data Removal Timeframe:
We strive to complete the account deletion process promptly, typically within 7 business days. However, please allow for some additional time in case of unexpected delays.
Permanent Data Deletion:
Once your account is deleted, it is not possible to retrieve any data associated with it. This includes all tickets, digital collectables, personal information, uploaded files, and any other content you have created or shared on our platform.
Data Stored for Legal Compliance:
For legal compliance reasons, we may be required to retain certain data even after account deletion. This may include historical backups, email support threads, or on-chain data. However, this retained data will not be accessible or linked to your deleted account.
Please keep in mind that deleting your account is a permanent action, and we strongly recommend ensuring you have backed up any important data before proceeding with the deletion process.
